The Spice Distillation Plant that Mech O Tech Llp supplies is a partly automated set up built for fast spice oil distillation. It handles five tonnes of spice each day, an output level that suits factories which move large batches. The motor runs on electric power, accepts either 220 V or 415 V and works at 50 Hz or 60 Hz - the unit drops into most production lines without extra converters. India is the country of origin - inside the column, controlled heat lifts volatile oil from crushed spice - condensers plus separators then capture the clear oil while the scent and strength stay intact. The process recovers a high share of the oil that the spice contains. Only a few steps need an operator, because sensors but also timers govern temperature, feed rate and condensation.
