APPLICATION:Suitable for blanching all kinds of vegetables. Products like leafy vegetables can also be blanched in the machine as the crates have spring loaded lids. PROCESS:The product to be blanched is filled in the perforated crates. Spring loaded lids ensure that the product remains immersed in water during blanching.
