The Tomar Seeds & Berries Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD, built by Mech O Tech LLP in India, process five tonnes of material each day. The unit works in semi automatic mode and extracts active components from seeds plus berries with either water or approved solvents. Every part that contacts liquid or vapour is stainless steel - the housing resists corrosion and eases cleaning. Voltage but also mains supply match common Indian factory standards - the plant links to the grid without extra converters. Heaters and pumps draw only the power required for a five tonne daily throughput - running cost stays low while output remains steady.
