A two‑color rotary injection moulding machine is a specialized vertical injection‑molding machine that uses a rotating table to sequentially mould parts in two different colors or materials in a single cycle. The machine has two injection units (for two colors/materials). A rotary table holds multiple mould stations. First injection is done at one station. The table rotates (90° / 180° / multi-station). Second material/color is injected into the same part. Final product is ejected after cooling. 👉 This allows two-step moulding in one cycle, saving time and labor.
