A 15 kHz – 2600 Watt Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine is a high-power industrial system designed for welding large or thick thermoplastic components with precision and reliability. The machine operates at a frequency of 15,000 vibrations per second (15 kHz) and delivers 2600 watts of ultrasonic power, generating localized heat through high-frequency vibration and pressure to fuse plastic parts together without adhesives, screws, or chemicals. In this process, the ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency vibrations, which are transmitted through a transducer, booster, and welding horn to the plastic parts placed in a fixture. The vibration causes friction between the contact surfaces of the plastic components, creating heat that melts the material at the joint interface. When the vibration stops, the molten plastic cools under pressure, forming a strong and permanent weld. Operating at 15 kHz, this machine provides deeper energy penetration, making it suitable for welding larger and thicker plastic parts compared to higher-frequency machines. It also offers adjustable welding parameters such as welding time, pressure, and amplitude to ensure consistent and high-quality welding results.
