A 15 kHz – 3000 Watt Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine is a high-power industrial system designed for welding large or rigid thermoplastic components with high precision and efficiency. The machine uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations (15,000 cycles per second) combined with controlled pressure to generate frictional heat at the joint surface of plastic parts. This heat melts the material at the interface and creates a strong, permanent bond without the need for adhesives, screws, or chemicals. The system consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, booster, welding horn, pneumatic press, and control unit. The generator converts electrical energy into ultrasonic vibrations, which are transmitted through the horn to the plastic components held in a fixture. When vibration and pressure are applied simultaneously, the plastic melts and fuses together. After the vibration stops, the material cools under pressure to form a durable weld joint. Operating at 15 kHz with a power output of around 3000 watts, this machine is ideal for welding larger plastic parts that require deeper energy penetration and strong bonding. The machine typically features adjustable parameters such as welding time, pressure, amplitude, and energy mode, ensuring consistent and high-quality welding results.
