The Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine for Bluetooth Speaker from altrAsonix is specially engineered for assembling plastic enclosures used in Bluetooth speakers, portable speakers and smart audio devices. Speakers require a sealed enclosure to create proper sound resonance, reduce noise leakage and protect internal electronics from moisture. Ultrasonic welding is the preferred joining method because it provides a clean, airtight and vibration-resistant bond. The machine features a powerful 15 kHz, 2600W digital ultrasonic generator which ensures stable and consistent welding energy suitable for thick and reinforced speaker walls. Internal speaker components such as drivers, magnets, diaphragms, passive radiators, amplifiers and batteries need secure enclosure sealing for optimal sound quality.
