A Table Top Ultrasonic Welding System is a compact and efficient machine designed for welding thermoplastic components using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations and controlled pressure. The system is designed in a table-mounted structure, making it suitable for small workspaces, laboratories, and medium-scale production environments. It provides strong and precise plastic welding without the need for adhesives, screws, or chemical bonding. The welding process works by converting electrical energy into high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations through an ultrasonic generator and transducer. These vibrations are transmitted through a booster and welding horn to the plastic parts held in a fixture. When vibration and pressure are applied simultaneously, friction at the joint interface generates heat that melts the plastic material. After the vibration stops, the molten plastic cools under pressure to form a strong and permanent weld joint. Table top ultrasonic welding systems typically operate at 15 kHz, 20 kHz, or frequencies with power outputs ranging from 2600W to 1500W, depending on the application and material type. The machine allows operators to adjust welding parameters such as welding time, pressure, and amplitude to achieve consistent welding quality.
