Product Details

An Automatic Ultrasonic Plastic Welding System is an advanced industrial machine used to join thermoplastic components using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations and controlled pressure. This system is fully automated and designed for high-speed production lines where consistent welding quality and high productivity are required. The machine works by converting electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations, typically between 15 kHz and 20 kHz. These vibrations are transmitted through a transducer, booster, and ultrasonic horn to the plastic parts. When the vibrations are applied under pressure, frictional heat is generated at the joint interface, causing the plastic material to melt and fuse together. Once the vibration stops, the molten material cools and forms a strong, permanent weld without the use of adhesives, screws, or solvents
