An Ultrasonic PP Box Welding Machine is a specialized industrial machine designed to weld polypropylene (PP) corrugated boxes and sheets using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations. This advanced welding technology generates frictional heat at the contact surfaces of the PP material, causing the plastic to melt locally and fuse together to create a strong and permanent bond without the use of adhesives, screws, or staples. The system typically consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, booster, welding horn, pneumatic press, and a customized fixture to hold the PP sheets or box parts during the welding process. When ultrasonic vibrations and pressure are applied simultaneously, the plastic material melts at the joint interface. After the vibration stops, the molten plastic cools under pressure to form a clean, durable, and reliable weld. Ultrasonic PP box welding machines usually operate at 15 kHz or 20 kHz frequencies with power ranges from 2600W to 1500W, making them suitable for welding different thicknesses of PP corrugated sheets.
