The PVC pipe extrusion machine is used to produce pipes with different diameters by replacing extrusion dies. It can produce every size of pipe in the area of the agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc.PVC water pipes preserve drinking water quality due to their high degree of inertness and resistance to corrosion. PVC pipes are therefore free from bio-film contamination that can be a breeding ground for bacteria. PVC water pipes also prevent unnecessary water waste from source to consumer.Pipes are first and foremost produced through an extrusion process. The raw material is feeded into the extruder via a hopper and a gravimetric or volumetric control system. Inside the extruder barrel the material is heated up to the melting point around 200°C by electricity and the friction in the screw system.
