S.K. Engineering & Shot Blast offers a Vacuum Sand Blasting Machine, 100 Kg, 2 Hp that holds 100 kg of abrasive and runs on a 2 hp single phase 220 V 60 Hz motor. The cabinet plus main structure are built from mild steel and finished in blue but also white paint. Operators control the process by hand. The unit lifts rust, scale and old coating from metal surfaces in manufacturing as well as fabrication shops. A built in vacuum system pulls dust and spent abrasive back into a collector - the floor or air stay cleaner and the risk of inhalation drops. The 100 kg hopper lets the user work for long stretches before reloading, making the machine suited to heavy duty preparation jobs like cleaning machine parts, readying weld seams or maintaining industrial equipment. No electronic controls are required - the motor starts next to stops with a simple switch. The steel frame tolerates the dust, impacts and heat found in typical Indian workshops.
