Vacuum Transfer System (VTS) or Powder Conveying System is applied for automated, dust-free, and hygienic transportation of powders, granules, and bulk material in pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Manual handling is done away with in the process of clean, efficient, and free-of-contamination material transfer between processes.

1. Material of Construction

Stainless Steel (SS 316L for contact elements, SS 304 for non-contact elements) – meets GMP & FDA standards.

Electropolished Inner & Outer Surfaces – contaminant-free, easy to clean.

Food-Grade Seals & Gaskets (Silicone/PTFE) – assures leak-free operation.

2. Vacuum Pump & Power Supply

Model: Dry or Wet Vacuum Pump, option to operate without oil.

Vacuum Pressure: 500 to 900 mbar (can be adjusted depending upon the properties of the material).

Power Supply: 220V/380V, 50/60Hz, in various configurations.

Motor Power: 1 HP to 15 HP, based on system capacity.
