Valve Bag Filling Machines. Valve Bag Fillers are for accurate packaging of granular and powdered materials. They are well suited for manual, semi-automatic, and automatic manufacturing applications ranging from building products, to minerals, to seeds and food products.Valve type bags are filled with a tube inserted in a small opening (valve) on the top corner of the bag. After filling, this valve then is closed, sealing the bag. One advantage of using a valve type bag is that they do not require a bag sewing machine or bag sealer to close the bag.Common valve types include: Ball,Butterfly,Check, Diaphragm, Gate, Globe, Knife Gate, Parallel Slide, Pinch, Piston, Plug, Sluice, etc. The following types of valves are used in a variety of applications, these descriptions may provide a basic guideline in the selection of valves.
