Bulk Bag Filling Machine, Semi Automatic, 10–25 kg is a powerful machine ideal for filling valve-bag granular products in the 10, 25 kg range. It blends the efficiency of semiautomatic operation with fully automated filling machinery to produce a uniform output of 4, 6 filled bags per minute. The machine operates on three-phase power, consumes no more than 200 VA, and runs on a nominal power supply of 260 V. It is also made for a situation where single-phase machines have to be relied upon. Small dimensions of the machine allow for setting up middle-size lines (machine capacity 5 kg per piece) with no problem and also, the machine integration into current packaging processes becomes simpler. Made in India per ISO standards, the machine brings consistent performance for free-flowing materials such as powders, grains, and like materials. It is extremely simple to run and to keep, less manual workload, high precision, and stable process.
