The Hk 1.5t150 Vertical Plastic Injection Machine with PLC Control combines exactness with straightforward operation through plc controls. A 35mm screw diameter pairs with 1500 kg/cm² injection pressure to produce shots up to 150 grams. The system runs on a 3.5kw motor that generates 19 liters per minute reaching 155 kg/cm² in hydraulic force. At its core this device applies 55 tons of clamping pressure across a 600mm horizontal space. The setup fits molds between 100mm and 300mm in height. Through a 300mm opening motion and 2.0-ton force plus a matching 300mm mold slide range, it executes precise movements. A 3.2-ton push assists in part removal. Three distinct heating sections connect to a 3.0 kw barrel system for heat regulation. The setup includes a 15kg container for materials and holds 90 liters of oil. On three phase power it uses 7.6 total wattage km. The unit takes up 1600 * 655 * 2710mm of space and weighs 10,360 kg. Between the mold and nozzles lies a 19mm gap, with injection speeds from zero to 250mm. One person operates this machine, backed by a 12-month guarantee.
