The HK1.5T150 vertical plastic injection moulding machine incorporates a complete automatic hydraulic system compatible with PP, PE (HDPE, LDPE), PVC, ABS, PS, HIPS, EPS and PET materials. The unit runs on 480V three phase power at 7.6kW total consumption. A clamping force of 55 tons pairs with an ejector injection force of 3.2 tons in this equipment. Through its operations, injection pressure reaches 1500 kg/cm square and the injection shot speed tops at 0-250 mm. A 35 mm screw diameter allows for 150 gm shot weight maximum, accompanied by a 15 kgs material hopper. The mold area extends 600 mm on the horizontal plane featuring mold heights from 100 mm to 300 mm plus a slide stroke of 300 mm. Between the mold and nozzle sits a 19 mm gap, supplemented by a 300 mm opening stroke and 2.0 tons of opening force. In its construction three temperature heating zones combine with a 3.0 kW barrel heating system. At its core a 3.5 KW (5 horsepower) hydraulic pump motor generates 19 Liters/min output at 155 kg/cm square maximum pressure, supported by a 90-liter oil reservoir. The apparatus spans 1600x655x2710 mm, tips the scales at 1360 kgs and needs one person to operate. But each purchase includes twelve months of warranty protection.
