Product Details
The VT 75 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is an injection plastic machine, which has the ability to clamp with a force of 75 tons, providing an otherwise stable level of injection due to a large aspect ratio screw (16:1 length-to-diameter ratio). The predominant size of the screw itself (32 mm) contributes to the melting material being uniform, as well as providing exact material output. The high speed injection capability of the machine (53 cc/sec injection rate), provides production capability for applications requiring high speed operation (speed). The mount of 2-ton clamp force at the nozzle, combined with a maximum daylight opening of 625 mm, provides the flexibility required for many different molding applications. A heating capacity of the machine (5 HP), stabilizes and controls the operating temperature, providing optimum performance. Additionally, with a weight of 2.35 tons and a limited floor area, this equipment will work well in an industrial setting.
