Product Details
The VT 120 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is an industrial tool that manufactures plastic parts with high accuracy. For this purpose it provides 120 tons of pressure to hold the mould together during the process. To ensure that material moves evenly and the final items are the same, the machine applies a pressure of 1455 Kg/cm² or 2000 KG/CM² to the plastic. It is capable of holding a volume of 168 Cub.cm of material. By using a screw with a diameter of 35 mm, the machine melts the plastic for the moulding process. Due to a force of 3.5 tons from the ejector, the machine pushes parts out easily and completes cycles in less time. With a total weight of 3.9 tons, the machine remains steady plus resists wear while it runs without stopping. And because the distance between the tie bars and the size of the platens are set for wide use, the machine works with many different moulds.
