Product Details
The VT 140 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is an industrial tool that people use to manufacture plastic components with high precision. It creates a maximum injection pressure of 1426 Kg/cm² and this pressure makes the material flow at a consistent rate so that the moulding is accurate. Because the maximum shot weight is 219 gms (PS) and the swept volume is 243 Cub.cm, the machine is effective for production on a medium scale. In this machine the screw has a diameter of 38 mm so that it plasticizes material effectively. To keep the operation stable, the nozzle applies 3 tons of force. There is a mould clamping stroke of 340 mm and there is specific spacing between the tie bars so that the machine works with many different moulds. As the structure weighs 4.6 tons, the machine is stable and lasts for a long time when it operates continuously. Due to the small size of the machine, it is possible for a factory to use its floor space efficiently.
