Product Details
The VT 50 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is designed for plastic part manufacturing. The moulding machine is equipped with a 106-centimeter working volume and operates using a clamping force of 50 tons to hold the two halves of the mould together. The result is that the maximum screw diameter is 30 mm and the maximum L/D ratio of the screw is 16. This enables the machine to produce highly uniform and steady delivery rates of material throughout the production process. The maximum screw speed of 250 rpm will provide the ability to run the machine faster and lower the cost of producing an additional number of parts in an hour. The distance from the clamped mould status into the clamped completion status of the tool is 225 mm with a maximum joint thickness of 300 mm. The distance between the tie bars is 325 mm x 295 mm in order to accommodate different types of tools. Additionally, the use of a 3-ton ejector force continuously assists in ejecting parts from the mould.
