Z Type Bucket Elevator is a highly efficient and gentle material handling machine used for vertical and horizontal conveying of free-flowing bulk materials. It is specially designed to lift and transfer materials without breakage, spillage or contamination, making it ideal for food, grain, seed, snack, chemical and plastic industries.This elevator uses a continuous series of buckets mounted on a belt or chain to carry material from the feeding point to the discharge point in a smooth and controlled manner. The Z-shaped configuration allows simultaneous horizontal and vertical movement, saving floor space and making it suitable for multi-level plant layouts.Z Type Bucket Elevator is commonly used for handling rice, wheat, pulses, seeds, sugar, salt, spices, namkeen, plastic granules, fertilizer, detergent powder and other dry granular or powder materials.The machine can be manufactured with food grade plastic or stainless steel buckets and MS or SS structure depending on application requirements.
