Z Bucket Elevtor - Mild Steel, Semi Automatic is designed for efficient vertical and inclined conveying in industrial packaging and material‑handling applications. This machine is made of mild steel and moves at a speed of 60 meters per minute to transport items over distances that often reach 100 feet. It supports a weight of 100 kilograms for every foot of the conveyor but also has a total weight capacity of 500 kilograms per foot. The design allows workers to operate and maintain the system through a semi automatic process. With a belt that measures 400 millimeters wide, the elevator carries both loose bulk substances as well as finished packages. There is a horizontal section that slopes to move materials between different stages of production. As a product manufactured in India, this elevator is for constant use in factories. It requires few repairs and connects to current production lines. To ensure an even flow of goods, the machine handles many different types of raw or processed materials.
