General Type: In-ground Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) Swimming Pool Application: Residential, Hotels, Resorts, Schools, Clubs, Public Pools Standards: Conforms to IS 456:2000, NSPI/ANSI Standards, and FEA Swimming Pool Design Codes 2. Excavation & Base Preparation Excavation to required length × width × depth as per approved drawings Base leveling & compaction with mechanical compactors PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) 75–100 mm thick as levelling course (M10 Grade) 3. RCC Structural Work Concrete Grade: M25 – M30 with waterproofing admixtures Reinforcement: Fe500 TMT bars (double-layer mesh, 10–16 mm dia) Wall Thickness: 150–200 mm Base Slab Thickness: 200–300 mm Bond Beams: 200 × 300 mm RCC beams at top edge for structural stability Coping Beam: RCC with stone/tile finish 4. Waterproofing Admixtures: Integral waterproofing compounds mixed in RCC Coating: Cementitious slurry / Polyurethane membrane (2–3 coats) Joint Treatment: Waterbar strips at construction joints Testing: Hydrostatic water retention test for 72 hrs before finishing 5. Internal Finishes Plastering: Waterproof cement plaster (20 mm, 1:3 cement:sand) Tiling: Ceramic / Glass mosaic / Natural stone, anti-skid surface for floor Grouting: Epoxy or cement-based waterproof grout Alternative Finishes: Vinyl liner (for cost-effective projects) Special Features Long-lasting RCC construction with strong waterproofing Fully customizable design (shape, size, finishes) Compatible with luxury add-ons (LED lighting, infinity edge, waterfalls, heating) Designed for safety, hygiene, and aesthetics
