0.5 HP Automatic Food Packaging Machine is a stainless-steel, pneumatic vertical form-fill-seal unit. With a 0.5 HP motor, this machine fill and seal vertical pouches. It is intended for food products with a weight up to 1 kg. Because the design is compact, the unit functions in small spaces. For different product densities, an auger filler is used so that the machine measures doses with accuracy. On a 230 V power supply, the unit operates at speeds up to 45 pouches per minute if the pouch sizes are compatible. Due to the pneumatic actuation plus a center seal configuration, the seals are consistent. When the machine runs, there is little mechanical wear. In this way the machine stays in operation for long periods and requires infrequent maintenance.
