Product Details
For the packaging of fine powders like flour, maida, besan and spices, this 1.5 HP Automatic Flour Packing Machine uses a single phase motor and an auger filler system. It is designed to fill 500 g pouches with a low margin of error. In an hour the machine produces up to 1 000 pouches because it operates at a rate between 41 and 70 pouches every minute. By using this speed, the unit maintains a balance between the quantity produced and the exact amount of powder in each bag during medium or large manufacturing cycles. To operate the unit, a user requires a 220V power supply which allows the 1.5 HP motor to work consistently. With this power the auger rotates at an even rate to move powders that flow easily or powders that stick together. On the control panel, the settings allow a person to manage the machine easily. As the cycles are automated, a worker does not need to intervene often. If a technician needs to change the product type or the pouch size, they can do so in a short amount of time.
