Skyhatch PLANEA CTD26 is a premium 300 x 300 mm aluminium ceiling trap door designed for clean, repeatable access to concealed services above false ceilings. This single-shutter ceiling access panel provides a minimal shadow groove and neat architectural finish for modern commercial and residential interiors. The 300 x 300 mm ceiling access hatch is suitable for accessing HVAC components, fire pipes and valves, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, electrical junction boxes, plumbing lines, and other MEP services. It replaces fabricated wooden trap doors and low-grade access panels that can warp, misalign, or deteriorate over time. Made with a precision 6063 T6 aluminium alloy frame, Skyhatch PLANEA is supplied with MR gypsum board, honeycomb lightweight board, or other compatible infill materials. Its push-lock mechanism enables convenient operation, while an optional Allen-key lock can be provided for controlled access. This false ceiling access panel is suitable for gypsum-board ceilings in offices, homes, hospitals, hotels, retail stores, clinics, schools, and institutional buildings.
