Skyhatch ZENITH+ CTD25 by iqubx is a premium 900x900 mm large-format aluminium ceiling access panel engineered for safe access to HVAC equipment and concealed services above false ceilings. Unlike standard small ceiling trap doors, ZENITH+ is designed for large custom openings where service teams require a wider, safer and more practical maintenance opening. This single- or double-shutter ceiling trap door is suitable for offices, hospitals, hotels, commercial buildings, institutional facilities, retail spaces and premium residential interiors. It replaces fabricated wooden trap doors and undersized modular access panels that can deteriorate, sag, misalign or restrict maintenance access. The 900x900 mm ZENITH+ ceiling access panel uses a precision 6063 T6 aluminium alloy frame with a proprietary sliding-hinge system. The shutter remains supported during opening, helping prevent accidental shutter fall and enabling safer, barrier-free access. For larger custom openings, the multi-shutter configuration allows the system to scale while maintaining a clean architectural ceiling finish. The system can be supplied with MR gypsum board, pre-laminated particle board, PVC or WPC board, ACP sheet, laminate, veneer, honeycomb panels and other compatible 10–12 mm infill materials. It uses an Allen-lock system for controlled access.
