This standard-size, single-shutter ceiling trap door is suitable for offices, homes, hospitals, hotels, retail spaces, institutional buildings and commercial interiors where a larger ceiling service opening is required. The system is engineered as a durable alternative to fabricated wooden ceiling trap doors and low-grade modular access panels that may warp, sag, misalign or deteriorate over time. Its precision 6063 T6 aluminium alloy frame and minimal shadow-groove detail provide a clean architectural ceiling finish while supporting reliable long-term access. The 600x600 mm ceiling inspection hatch is ideal for maintenance access to HVAC units, AC ducting, plumbing lines, electrical junction boxes, fire pipes and valves, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors and other concealed ceiling services.
