Skyhatch ZENITH+ is a premium large-format aluminium ceiling trap door system designed for safe access to HVAC machines, air-conditioning equipment, fire-fighting services, valves, ducts, electrical systems, plumbing, and other concealed MEP services above false ceilings. ZENITH+ CTD25 is engineered for custom large and extra-large ceiling openings where standard modular access panels are insufficient. It is available in single-shutter and multi-shutter configurations, allowing large service openings to be created without compromising safety, ceiling appearance, or access convenience. The system uses a proprietary sliding-hinge mechanism that supports the shutter during opening and prevents it from falling. Its multi-shutter design provides safer, barrier-free access for large HVAC maintenance areas and service zones. This makes it suitable for commercial offices, airports, hospitals, hotels, malls, data centres, institutional buildings, industrial facilities, and premium residential projects. Skyhatch ZENITH+ can be manufactured in custom sizes such as 900 x 1500 mm, 1500 x 2400 mm, and up to 2400 x 6000 mm. The aluminium frame is manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy and can accommodate a wide range of 10 mm to 12 mm infill materials, including MR gypsum board, pre-laminated particle board, PVC board, WPC board, ACP sheet, laminate, veneer, honeycomb panels, and other interior-finish materials. The Allen-key locking system provides controlled access and a clean ceiling finish. ZENITH+ is a long-life, interior-design-friendly ceiling access solution that eliminates the need for fabricated wooden trap doors that may warp, deteriorate, or lose alignment over time.
