This 50gm Automatic Coffee Packaging Machine is a system that uses stainless steel and multiple tracks to put ground coffee into pouches. It is fully automatic and forms pouches with a center seal to hold 50 g of product while it avoids agitation of the coffee. To operate the unit, a user connects it to a single phase 220V power source that requires 2 kW of electricity. If the machine runs at full capacity, it produces 500 pouches every hour or approximately 30 bags every minute. For small plus medium businesses that roast coffee, this equipment provides a balance between the rate of production and the precision of the weight. By using a multitrack design, the system increases the total output but occupies a small amount of floor space. As the frame is made of strong stainless steel, the surfaces are easy to clean and satisfy the standards for food safety.
