Product Details
Auger filler Black Pepper Powder machine is designed for automatic filling and packing of black pepper powder into center-seal retail pouches. By using a system that fills containers with an auger, the machine measures 100 g packs with precision. It is adjustable to accommodate pouch volumes as large as 1 kg and the weight of the contents is consistent. As the machine operates, it produces 15 - 40 pouches every minute. For the closures the system applies heat to create seals - those seals are strong - the product does not spill while the machine runs continuously. To package the items, the machine uses single layer laminated pouches with a center seal that measure 6 by 4 inches. In addition the surfaces are compatible with digital printing - this feature is for adding custom branding, batch coding and information that the law requires.
