Auger filler Sambar Powder machine is designed for automatic filling and packing of sambar powder into center-seal retail pouches. It is a machine that uses an auger filler system to measure amounts of product with precision. For 100 g packs the system is calibrated but it remains flexible enough to fill pouches that hold up to 1 kg. In this process the fill accuracy remains at a constant level. When the machine operates, it fills 15 - 40 pouches every minute. By using heat the machine closes the pouches so that the seals are strong. If the production is continuous, the design of the machine ensures that very little material spills. To package products, it uses center seal pouches that consist of a single layer of laminated material and measure 6 by 4 inches. And the machine is compatible with digital printing so that users can add specific branding, batch codes and information for regulations. Due to the automatic operation and the integrated handling of pouches, the system is appropriate for lines that process spices. As those lines require weights that are the same, a professional appearance and a high volume of output, the machine is effective.
