Auger filler Turmeric Powder (Haldi) machine is designed for automatic filling and packing of turmeric powder into retail-ready pouches. The machine uses a precise system to fill augers for standard 100 g packs. It is also able to process center sealed pouches with capacities up to 1 kg. As it operates the device produces 15 - 40 pouches every minute. By using heat to close the containers, the machine maintains a constant seal and prevents the product from falling out. For packaging it uses center seal pouches that measure 6 x 4 inches and consist of one layer of laminated material. On those pouches a digital printer can add specific logos, batch codes plus details required by law. Due to the automatic nature of the process, the equipment is appropriate for lines that package haldi without stopping. In the lines the machine ensures that the weight of every pack is the same and that every pack looks the same.
