We use in food with some process. Like Cleaning, Grinding, Mixing etc. Some of the impurity is harmful to human beings so it is not advisable to use direct without removing impurity and processes. Hence it has to remove by process of Up-Gradation before using in food.There are three types of spice in processes.   1.   Basic Spice. Dry Red Chilly, Turmeric, Coriander, Cummins.      In general market Dry whole Turmeric and Ginger for Grinding is available but from direct farm it’s comes with un-processed and having 60 to 70 % moisture. By cooking and drying it comes for grinding condition. We are the designer and manufacturer of all types of processes Plant and Machinery.   2.   Blended Spice. Coriander-Cummins, Garam Mashala, S??mbhar Mashala, Kitchen King, Chhole Mashala, Bhaji Pau Mashala and so many (more than 60 types) types of Mashala in use of our rutting food.      Different blended Mashala having with different ingredients (spices) as per own recipes or formula. Different ingredient passed through different cleaning machine then goes to Drying (as and which ingredient required) than goes to Grinding and sieving. After that make a batch as per own formula or recipes and blend by Ribbon type Mixer / Blender with sufficient time. Some of customer make manually batch before grinding than blend by Ribbon type Mixer / Blender.   3.      Whole Spice. Whole Spices are comes from with natural impurity. Some of the whole spices are also need for our food, Market and kitchen for to prepare to food and other use. Whole spices pass from different types of cleaning equipment for cleaning different types of impurity. Dry Red Chilly, Coriander, Cumin, Black Paper etc.       Complete plant is designed suitable your site condition, less man power required, easy to handle-operate and accordingly to automation.   Capacity of plant is 50 Kg/Hr to 2000 Kg/Hr.
