Box Stretch Wrapping Machine, Model Name/Number: Ets 20"/30" is designed for secure pallet and load wrapping in medium‑speed packaging lines. As specified in the technical details, the Box Stretch Wrapping Machine, Model Name/Number - Ets 20 "/30" is for the purpose of wrapping pallets and loads. It is a machine that functions within packaging lines that move at a medium speed. There is a power requirement of 220 V/50 Hz for the ETSPBW 600 unit, which contains a PCB control system. In a single hour the machine processes between 20 and 40 loads. By using a 600 mm turntable, the system supports loads that weigh as much as 50 kg. With dimensions of 600 x 4170 x 1800 mm, the machine occupies a small area of floor space but has a large vertical height. If a user needs to stabilize loads, a pneumatic top plate device is available. On this machine the loads can measure up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm. And the system is capable of adjusting to different heights and formats of products. Due to the friction brake film carriage and a turntable speed that is adjustable from 3 - 20 rpm, the operator can control how much the film stretches. For the power supply, there are separate components including a 0.75 kW motor for the turntable and a 0.4 kW motor for the carriage - those parts work together so that the wrap patterns are the same every time and the film is not used in excess. At a weight of approximately 260 kg, the ETSPBW 600 is a heavy object made of strong materials. To maintain continuous operation, the machine uses a small amount of electricity between 0.55 and 0.75 kW. Because the design allows for simple placement into existing packing lines, the machine is effective for its role. It is a tool that makes loads more stable and uses less film.
