DESCRIPTION: Calcium Complex are premium quality, multipurpose, water resistant, extreme pressure grease is formulated with mineral high viscosity base oil with calcium complex soap thickener, with high resistance to oxidation and heavy metal free extreme pressure additives is designed for lubrication of bearings working in wet environment such as steel mill bearings. It contains antioxidant additives package to secure high efficiency under high temperatures. Provides superior flow characteristics they can be used in single or double line centralized lubricating systems. Thanks to the specific formulation they can stand long service periods without decomposition nor building deposits. BENEFITS Thickener does not melt extremely high dropping point and High-pressure loading capacity Excellent water resistance, thermally stable, good mechanical stability & dispensing properties. Excellent Anti-wear, Antioxidant, Antirust capacity and EP properties. Will not soften and leak from bearings exposed to high temperature. Resistance to water washing, steam and humid conditions, good pump ability consistency. Longer re-lubrication intervals, good seals & protects against corrosion. Adhesive properties provide coating to exposed parts at wide service temperatures range. APPLICATION: Calcium Complex grease is recommended where continuous low & medium speed bearings with high shock loads intermittent with very high temperatures are experienced in bearings operating under severe conditions including high shock loading in wet environment such as in hot & cold rolling mills. It is suitable for centralized grease dispensing equipment. Grease consumption is drastically reduced due to better grease adhesiveness and better resistance to water wash out. It has good mechanical stability of the grease results in better bearing protection and maximization of bearing life. Applications: Steel, Sponge Iron plants, Stone Crusher Jaw, Cone, Breaker & Screen, Cement, Sugar, Mining, Marine, Paper Mill & Chemical Industry.
