DESCRIPTION CALCIUM/GEL CALCIUM/CHASSIS grease is manufactured from selected quality base oils, calcium soap and fortified with extreme pressure additives and tackifiers for optimum performance under severe road conditions of shock loads and vibrations to provide excellent water resistance properties and good corrosion and rust protection. Altogether, it can be used in different industries including marine industry, oil and gas fields, mining, paper manufacturing, agricultural and automotive industries. It's better to use this type of grease in regions with low temperatures, because high temperature can affect its original structure and change its characteristics APPLICATION The recommended temperature range of this product is 60°C in continuous service and 90°C for short exposure. Water environments such as slips ways and water pump bearings, Nipples, spring leaves, Chain Brives, Open and Semi-Open Gear Systems. General lubrication in mechanisms with moderate loads, Flat bearings, Usage in wheel bearings and water pumps operating at moderate temperatures. Protection for chassis and other applications such as commercial and agricultural vehicles and heavy duty equipment. Sealing gasket in bearings exposed to moisture and/or external contamination. Lubrication and anticorrosive protection of constructional struts, beams, metal posts.
