DESCRIPTION CALCIUM GRAPHITE greases is manufactured from premium quality calcium soap greases fortified with fine with micronized graphite powdered to give excellent lubrication in sliding friction conditions and to with stand high load. CALCIUM GRAPHITE is used for low temperature application & where water resistance is required with high load application. It is highly resistant to water and have good mechanical stability. Graphite present in the grease forms a thin layer on matting surface & reduce fraction. CALCIUM GRAPHITE grease - 0 meets the specification of IS: 408-1981, RA -1993 & 2004 CALCIUM GRAPHITE grease - 1 meets the specification of IS 508: 1987 (Grade 1, 2, 3) [Reaffirmed 1998] APPLICATIONS CALCIUM GRAPHITE recommended for use in gears, cams and slides operating at temperature to 80°C. CALCIUM GRAPHITE greases are recommended for open gears, pantographs, pump glands, link pins, bushes and linkages, or where plain bearing are badly worn, leaf springs, hydraulic rams, plungers, slides, elevator cables, pantograph pans, steel wire ropes, certain anti-seize, railway track fasteners & rail flanges. CALCIUM GRAPHITE greases can be used in slow speed ball/ roller bearings as well as flanges in railways network & railway track fasteners. CALCIUM GRAPHITE-0 grease is recommended for use in railway track fasteners. CALCIUM GRAPHITE-1 grease is recommended for specially designed for rail flange lubrication. CALCIUM GRAPHITE greases are highly recommended for flexible couplings in paper mill equipment such as digesters, chip screen, chippers, conveyors etc. where incidental water contact is high.
