DESCRIPTION: CS HTXX OGG-0 1500 WT greases is formulated with advanced Calcium Sulfonate Complex thickener technology for better high load carrying. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive, EP additive, rust and oxidation properties provide friction modifier which creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads are specifically designed to deliver outstanding performance in severe application areas like Wind Mill (Yaw & Pitch Gear Tooth), Sugar Mill Journal Bearing & large Girth Gear drives, applications. Compared to conventional soap-base thickeners (i.e. Lithium, lithium complex, aluminum, calcium soaps), the Calcium Sulfonate Complex thickener used to maintain their consistency and EP protection even with high levels in water saturated and contamination environments, providing rust protection between long re-lubrication intervals. These greases provide excellent corrosion protection, in these severely wet environments. (for example in cement plants, paper mills, Sugar Mills, Wind Mills, Steels & etc…).  CS HTXX OGG-0 1500 WT can be used as well on gear teeth and open gears commonly used in the Wind Mill Yaw & Pitch Gear Tooth, Sugar Mill Industry Journal Bearing & large Girth Gear drives, Steel, Paper Mill & Cement Industry.  CS HTXX OGG-0 1500 WT preferably used for excellent flow and pump-ability for automatic centralized & Individualized pneumatic pump/spray system well-adjusted to optimize the quantities of grease sprayed and prevent from any lack of lubrication. Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying.
