Double Cavity Pvc Bend Soketing Machine is an extremely versatile, semi-automatic making machine for the manufacture of PVC pipe bends, socketed. It is manufactured in India and mainly used for production of high-quality PVC bends for pipes of diameter 19mm to 32mm. The machine is provided with an in-built 2-die set free of cost for use in making different sizes of pipes. It is also about using a single-phase power supply, and the power consumption of this machine is 1/3 kW. The Double Cavity PVC Bend Socketing Machine is specifically designed for a production capacity of 14,000 bends for 20 hours of operation suitable for high-output areas. The machine is only single-operated thus reducing labor yet maintaining high productivity. It is semi-automatic thus smoothing out the flow of process steps in bending and socketing without losing control on the process. The socketing is carried out both by the side of the bend, with a dip size of 30-40 mm. The size of the dip depends on the length of the pipe. This makes the fittings quite secure and reliable.
