Drum Roaster Machine is a semi-automatic industrial roaster built from stainless steel for reliable, hygienic roasting in food and processing plants. For food processing plants, this semi automatic industrial roaster is stainless steel. It is reliable and hygienic for the production of food. Due to the frame which is 300 kg, the machine is stable. As the capacity is between 20 kg and 500 kg per hour, it is adaptable. For standard operations, the rate is 100 kg per hour. Because the drum rotates and heat exposure is controlled, the roast profiles are consistent. To allow for easy placement into production lines, the design is simple. It is a balance between the amount produced plus how uniform the product is. When workers use this unit, they handle products less and the machine is not idle often. Since the construction is stainless steel, the machine does not corrode. By cleaning the surfaces easily, the operator meets food safety requirements. And because the materials are strong, the service life is long.
