Dry Ink Batch Coder Machine, MY-380 is designed for semi‑automatic batch coding and date/lot marking on a wide range of products and packages. In its design the MY-380 Dry Ink Batch Coder Machine is for semi automatic batch coding and date or lot marking on many types of products plus packages. It is powered by 220 V/50 Hz and it uses 180 W of power to provide solid link dry-ink printing. When it is in operation, it reaches speeds up to 100 rpm to support steady production lines. Due to its size of 440 × 465 × 300 mm but also its mass of 26 kg, it is small and easy to move. For flexible placement, it fits on benches or inline conveyors as well as it handles objects that measure between 50 - 500 mm in length and 30 - 300 mm in width. By using simple controls and a sturdy frame, users can set up the machine quickly or they do not need to perform much maintenance. And because the prints are easy to read and identical every time, they help with traceability next to compliance. If an operator uses this semi automatic system, they do less physical work and they can adjust the machine quickly for runs that contain different types of items. To ensure it is suitable for daily use, the machine makes coding more accurate, it reduces the time that the line is not moving plus it keeps the quality of the prints the same across all batches.
