IQUBX OFRS is a freestanding modular aluminium framing system for creating office cabins, control rooms, supervisor cabins, stores, quality-check rooms and enclosed workspaces inside factory sheds, warehouses, PEB structures and industrial facilities. Unlike conventional site-built cabins that depend on existing walls, roof members or columns, the Open Modular Frame Structure creates an independent structural enclosure without support from the existing building. It is ideal for operational industrial environments where a cabin must be installed quickly with minimal disruption to production activity. The system uses high-strength proprietary 50 × 50 mm aluminium sections with modular mechanical joinery. Embedded nuts and Allen bolts enable fast assembly, disassembly and repositioning without drilling, welding or permanent civil work. The complete CKD system is reusable and relocatable, making it suitable for changing factory layouts, temporary project offices and expanding industrial operations. The strong load-bearing frame can support air-conditioning units, fans, racks, lightweight equipment, internal partitions and service integrations. It accepts 6–12 mm solid panels such as MDF and pre-laminated particle board, along with acoustic panels, toughened glass, modular partitions, doors, electrical wiring and other project-specific services.
