Automatic Toast Packing Machine – Horizontal Flow Wrap, 80–120 Packs/Min is an automatic horizontal flow wrapper engineered for hygienic, high-speed packing of toast, bread slices, rusks, buns, cakes and similar bakery items. Engineers designed the device to pack toast, bread slices, rusks, buns and cakes in a clean manner. The machine is made of stainless steel and is manufactured in India. It operates with a three phase power supply of 440 volts. The system uses laminated film that seals when operators apply heat to create pouches for consumers. There is a capacity to process 2 500 items every hour. The machine holds products that weigh between 500 and 1000 milliliters. It moves the bakery items carefully so the shapes of the food do not change. The horizontal flow design creates seals that are the same every time plus cuts the film at exact points. By doing this the machine uses less material and makes the items look organized on shelves - but the automatic operation also makes it easy for workers to add the machine to bakery production lines. As a result the bakery requires fewer employees and produces more items. The unit is easy to clean but also maintain. It provides packaging that is safe for food during production cycles of small or medium sizes.
