The Four Head Pouch Packaging Machine For Chips is an automated system that places snacks into bags on food manufacturing lines. The unit is constructed from mild steel in India and functions with 230 V, 50 Hz single phase electricity. It uses a 3.5 kW motor so that the mechanism operates consistently without frequent stops. Because the configuration includes four individual heads, the machine fills multiple bags at the same time. It fills up to 2 000 pouches every hour and maintains the weight of every bag within specified limits. As the device fills bags precisely, the manufacturer loses less snack material. The controls are simple for operators to use and the mechanical parts are arranged in a clear way. Because of this layout, workers change parts or perform repairs quickly to keep the line moving.
