(Heavy duty Semi synthetic grease, especially for use on medium-size to large girth gear drives, Rotary Grinding Mills & Kilns) DESCRIPTION: G-HTXX-2/000 HD is a heavy duty & high temperature grease for very high powered medium to large size with low speed gear drive to large girth gear drive, rotary, grinding mills & kilns. It is formulated with extreme pressure, anti-wear additives package with high viscosity synergistic base oil combination with powerful balanced blend of bentonite clay (Inorganic) and 15% - 16% solid lubricants (high purity ultra-fine mono crystalline graphite) in a heavy duty application provides thicker and stronger film stability. G-HTXX-2/000 HD gives high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and reduces friction, wear at minimal consumption. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additives with special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection, vibrations & heavy shock loads. All of this turn reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and friction elements avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. This product has been developed to withstand extremely heavy load, slow moving, large open gear drives operating in very hostile environments. Due to its high solid content and bentonite clay thickener it will not slide down the shank of the tool during its operation. It is suggested for heavy duty gear drives working at low speeds.
