GD04 Slim Curved Aluminium Glass Door is a modular single-glass stile door designed for premium curved openings, slim glass partitions, office cabins, residences, hospitality spaces, clinics, showrooms, and institutional interiors. Its 48 x 40 mm aluminium stile can be bent for rounded or curved door openings, enabling distinctive architectural door designs while maintaining a clean, slim profile. The GD04 door system is made from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy and supports 8 mm and 10 mm toughened glass, along with 11.5 mm laminated glass. It is suitable for door heights from 2400 mm to 3000 mm and is compatible with the Iqubx DF03 modular aluminium door frame. GD04 supports flush hinges, butterfly hinges, and concealed hinges. It can be configured with optional rails according to the required hardware and acoustic performance. Use the 60 x 40 mm GD03 rail where a drop seal and surface door closer are required. Use the 90 x 40 mm GD02 rail where a concealed door closer is required. The system also supports pivot systems, floor machines, narrow-stile mortise locks, dead locks, lever handles, D-offset handles, D handles, and H handles. For smaller doors, GD04 can be manufactured with mitre or chamfered stile joints for a refined minimal appearance. GD04 can create aesthetic grid designs through mechanical joinery with textured glass, coloured glass, wood, metal, ceramic, and other selected infill materials. It can also be configured for sliding door and sliding-folding partition hardware, making it suitable for flexible residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects.
