GD05 Acoustic Double Glass DGU Aluminium Door is a premium slim modular aluminium stile door engineered for meeting rooms, conference rooms, private offices, studios, executive cabins, consultation rooms, and other interiors where enhanced acoustic privacy is required.  The door is designed for double-glass, DGU, and VIG glass configurations. It combines double glazing with a drop seal to improve acoustic sealing and reduce sound leakage at the bottom of the door. GD05 is ideally paired with GP18100 and GP2160 high sound-insulation glass partition systems to create a coordinated acoustic glass partition and door solution. Made from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, GD05 uses 56 x 45 mm lock and hinge stiles with 60 x 45 mm rails. Its structural joinery uses steel screws, brackets, and MS threaded rods to create a sturdy, low-deflection, durable door frame suitable for demanding commercial and institutional applications. GD05 accommodates double 6 mm or 8 mm toughened glass and DGU glass units from 18 mm to 24 mm thick. It is compatible with the Iqubx DF03 modular aluminium door frame and is suitable for heights from 2400 mm to 3000 mm. The system supports premium hardware including concealed hinges, butterfly hinges, drop seals, mortise lever locks, dead locks, electronic locks, D-offset handles, lever handles, stile-mounted handles, surface door closers, pivot systems, and floor-machine operation. GD05 can also be configured as GDSL05 sliding door or GDSF05 sliding-folding door system.
