Glass Table Top Shrink Wrapping Machine, For Industrial, Automation Grade: Semi-Automatic is designed for industrial shrink wrapping of glass and similar products on compact production benches. By using a semi automatic system, the ETS-3015 runs on single phase 220 V power plus uses a tunnel that is 800 mm long and 265 mm wide. For those tasks the machine uses LDPE film and provides heat cycles that the operator regulates so that the results are the same every time. It uses between 5 and 7 kW of power but also has a mass of approximately 45 kg. With conveyors at the entry and exit that are 150 mm each, the machine occupies a space of 1100 × 500 × 630 mm. Due to the dimensions, users can place the unit into workstations where space is limited. As the system is semi automatic, the machine performs some tasks while the person who uses it keeps control over the process. On this machine the parts that touch the products are safe for glass so that the items do not break or get marks while the machine wraps them. Because the frame is strong as well as the controls are simple, people can use it every day without many repairs and get a specific amount of work done. To make the items look better or keep them safe, the machine uses thermal control that is exact. And this precision helps the production line move faster and ensures that the machine does not use more film than is necessary.
